Rocker Logistics respects your privacy and we do everything we can to ensure the reliability, security and integrity of the data we collect. Your data is safely stored in a non-public database. You will find an overview and the necessary information relating to the processing and protection of the data you provide, as well as your rights for the protection of individuals within the GDPR, in a transparent, concise and comprehensible form.

Since you have to give a voluntary and explicit consent for the retention of your data, we have opted for a check mark to complete your enquiry on our contact page. Here you agree that your data will be kept and processed and you have read the general and privacy terms and conditions. At De Rocker Logistics, only information obtained from the customer itself is kept. By opting in, you, as a customer, give permission to keep your details up to date with a view to future contact.

Despite the fact that De Rocker Logistics takes all appropriate measures to store and protect the (personal) data in its possession in a correct and efficient manner, De Rocker Logistics cannot fully guarantee the protection of any information in its possession.

Your choice and rights concerning your personal data

You always have the right to ask De Rocker Logistics whether your personal details have been processed. If this is the case, you have the right to inspect that personal data. You can at all times have your data changed, deleted, limit the processing of your data and/or object to the processing of your personal data (in accordance with article 16/17/18 AVG/ GDPR). Please note that aggregated data will not be deleted, as it is not possible to reduce these data to 1 specific person.

Furthermore, you also have the right to obtain personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable form and to transfer them to another party (in accordance with Article 20 GCC/GBPR).

Finally, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (in accordance with Article 21 AVG/ GDPR) and automated decision-making (in accordance with Article 22 AVG/ GDPR).

Given the nature of the service, De Rocker Logistics can only offer you services if you agree to share your personal data with De Rocker Logistics. De Rocker Logistics is also aware of this and therefore attaches great importance to privacy and respect for your personal data.
